How is the price calculated?
The price is fixed per part class: simple — up to 25 dimensions on the sheet, medium — 25–60, complex — over 60 dimensions, many views and sections, or castings. We determine the class from the drawing; you see it and the price on the order page together with the model video — before paying. Assembly — sum of the parts + 30 %, archive — per sheet by its class. 50 % pilot discount applies.
What if the model doesn't match the drawing?
If the model doesn't match your drawing, that's our mistake — we fix it free, as many times as needed. Changes you want that weren't on the drawing: the first is free, then at the price of the work. Tell us on the order page what's wrong.
What format is the model in?
STEP — opens in KOMPAS-3D, SolidWorks, Inventor, Fusion, FreeCAD; STL — for 3D printing. Optionally a FreeCAD model with a feature tree so you can change dimensions. We tested opening our STEP in KOMPAS-3D: dimensions and mass match.
Which drawings work?
PDFs, scans and photos of paper drawings, DXF and DWG, multi-page batches. Save KOMPAS files (.cdw) as PDF or DXF. If a sheet only has an isometric view without dimensions, we'll tell you honestly that an exact model can't be built from it.
Where do my files go?
Processing runs on the Claude model (Anthropic, USA). Our engineer receives the drawing (via Telegram). We never publish your drawings; order files are kept on the site for 180 days. If your drawings can't leave the country, tell us in advance.
Who is responsible for the result?
We are responsible for every dimension being verified and everything ambiguous being raised as a question or a note. Final acceptance is done by your engineer — everything needed for a quick check comes with the model.
