Terms of service
1. Service
RODEx builds 3D models, assemblies, flat patterns and drawings from engineering drawings provided by the client.
2. Process
- You upload a drawing and give an email address.
- We build and check the model; ambiguous dimensions are asked as questions with answer options — we don't guess.
- Before payment you see the result and the price.
- After payment (or a promo code) the files become available for download.
3. Turnaround
A single part takes 10 minutes to an hour depending on complexity; assemblies take 1–2 days; archive batches are quoted by volume.
4. Revisions and refunds
A model that doesn't match your drawing is corrected free of charge. Since you see the result before paying, the service is considered delivered once the files are unlocked.
5. Your drawings
You confirm you have the right to use the drawings you upload. We use them only to fulfil your order and do not share them with third parties.
6. Liability
The model follows your drawing. Our liability is limited to the price of the order.
