The question

The blank length 483.8 mm is the circumference of the inner Ø154. For an outer Ø158 with 2 mm sheet it must be 490.1 mm, otherwise a gap of about 6 mm remains at the seam.

What we did

Made the blank 490.1 mm for the outer Ø158 — no gap at the seam; the 483.8 variant is ready too.

Result

Done: the model is built, every dimension checked.
